How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To get started, please send a message to our team immediately after receiving your order.

Email: Send us an email at offerhaitohhumhai@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange.

Returns:-

We accept returns on eligible items within 24 hours of delivery.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your item and confirm it’s in the proper condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:-

If you’d like to exchange an item, please notify us and then send the product back to us within 2 days of delivery.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item for an exchange.

Packaging: Please ensure the product is securely packed with the original box and includes the original invoice.

Please Note: We are unable to offer exchanges on any discounted or sale items.

Important Information

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Lingerie (bras, panties, etc.)

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery with a photo of the item. We will replace the damaged or missing item with the same design.
